About the Course

INTRODUCING LEARN TO LIFT⚡️



A 4 week course designed to build your confidence with weight lifting in the gym. You will learn how to:



• Use dumbbells, cable machines and free weights safely and how to set equipment up for your workout



• How to program your workouts at home or in the gym including a free nutrition calculator to help with tracking your nutrition if you wish to. Learn how you can progressively overload in your training, learn what reps & sets are, the complete toolbox for beginners!



• 45 minute sessions will be a mix of functional and weight based workout sessions to get hands on with using all different types of equipment to build confidence. Course includes an ebook to help build your knowledge even further outside of our sessions.



• Very personalised! I keep numbers small so i can spend more 1-1 with each client to help you that little bit extra💕
